…thinking of the journey this book made: From the Emory, Bird, Thayer Co. book department in Kansas City to the Antique shop in Telluride, where I found the book.  The book was published in my home town of Boston in 1917.  I wonder if this book sat bedside to a coal miner deep in the hills of Utah, or a New York Beatnik in the 1960’s…
